Visiting Hours & Guidelines
Family and friends, in good health, including children accompanied by an adult, are welcome to visit during general visiting hours or as arranged to accommodate patient and family needs. General visiting hours are: 7am – 8am, 1pm – 2pm and 5pm – 6pm.
Policies
As part of our commitment to providing a safe environment, we have policies on child protection, smoking, weapons management and gifts. Be aware of them before your visit.
Dining
Our cafeteria, located on the main entrance, is open weekdays from 7 am to 7:30 pm.
Condition HELP
Any patient, family member or visitor can use the Condition HELP telephone line to alert a patient’s healthcare team if clinical changes occur when they are not present.
Patient Relations (Compliments & Complaints)
When Patient Relations is contacted with a compliment, the staff documents it and shares it with the relevant individuals and or departments. When contacted with a complaint, Patient Relations documents, investigates and addresses it in a confidential manner.
Surgical Waiting Area
The surgical family waiting area provides a comfortable space for surgery patients’ families and friends. Healthcare providers and or surgical liaisons provide family members progress reports on their loved one’s surgery.
Free parking
A free valet parking service at the hospital’s main entrance is available for patients and visitors. The service is available Monday through Friday from 6:00a.m. to 9:00p.m and on weekends from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. In addition, free emergency parking is available at our Emergency Department, 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
